"The Labyrinth 2006" - The largest Show garden ever
This show garden was designed way back in 2001 after John was inspired at Chelsea with "The Celtic Sanctuary" by Mary Reynolds who won gold with her first ever show garden.
So in 2006 John and his team of local landscapers and nurseries put together a show stopping garden at 1000m2 in size. They won a Royal Horticultural Society Silver Medal and 35,000 people walked through it in just five days which included Monty Don, Joe Swift, Alan Titchmarsh, Ainslie Herriot and Diarmuid Gavin!
A World Outside the Classroom 2009
This was a unique project as we built a show garden at BBC Gardeners world Live, showed it for the week then moved it on to Leys Farm Junior School in Bottesford, Nth Lincolnshire for the teachers and children to use afterwards. We were awarded another Royal Horticultural Society Silver Medal but best of all we won the peoples vote for the best show garden in the show.
